Return Policy

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of purchase provided that the item is in like-new, resalable condition and its original packaging*. For returns after thirty (30) days, please contact us as certain conditions or restocking fees may apply.

Office Supplies


Office supplies are subject to the standard return policy detailed above.


Technology Items and Business Machines


Technology items and business machines, excluding ink and toner purchases (see below), are subject to the standard return policy detailed in the 'Returns' section above.


Furniture


All non-custom and non-special order furniture may be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging within fifteen (15) days of the date of receipt, but, in certain cases, may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom ordered and/or special ordered furniture is only returnable if it is found to be defective or damaged during inspection prior to receipt. Defective or damaged custom and/or special ordered furniture items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty claims process after receipt. Assembly, installation, and freight/delivery charges are non-refundable.


Ink and Toner Cartridges


Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges that are still actively stocked may be returned subject to the standard return policy detailed above, but may be subject to a restocking fee. Ink or toner cartridges found to be defective may only be replaced.


Janitorial Supplies


Janitorial supplies may be returned subject to the standard return policy detailed above. For returns after thirty (30) days, please contact us. A restocking fee may apply to any janitorial items returned.


Food and Medical Products


All food and medical products are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Print Products


Print products are subject to proof approval. Once approved, if the final product matches the approved proof and printing specifications (e.g., correct stock, size, finishing options, etc.), the product is non-returnable and non-refundable. In situations where you waive your right of proof review, the product is considered approved as-is and is subject to the same return/refund policy as explicit proof approval. Please be aware that colors may differ from your electronic proof and the final printed product. Paper and/or press-match proofs are available and subject to a fee.


Promotional Products


Promotional products are subject to proof approval of all imprints, embroidery, and production specifications (color, quantity, size, etc.). Once approved, if the final product matches the approved proof and product specifications, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable. In situations where you waive your right of proof review, the product is considered approved as-is and is subject to the same return/refund policy as explicit proof approval.


All Other Custom and Special Order Products


All other custom and special order products not explicitly covered above are considered non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases where the item may be defective. Defective items will either be replaced or repaired at Office Solutions & Innovations, Inc. and/or the manufacturer's discretion.


Deposits


A deposit of at least fifty percent (50%) may be required for custom products, special orders, or exceptionally large orders, including, but not limited to: furniture, printing, promotional products, et al.


Refund Policy


Items must be returned in resalable condition with the original packaging and must include the packaging's Universal Product Code (UPC), all manuals, and parts.
